Hola!!!!! my name is pepito, I have 6 sisters and I’m the only boy in my Familia.
I have a huge family. My abuelitos are from Zacatecas Mexico and Hermosillo Sonora…
I love Ice cream and las paletas mama makes at home. My papas came to el norte so here I am.
My papas always working hard in the fields picking berries and selling mary kay, but the only thing that
has always kept my hermanas and I healthy have been the creamy nieve, the ice cream mama makes at home.
My papas, gracias a diosioto, continue making home made ice cream….My abuelitos have always made homemade
ice cream and I have begged my papa to please start making them here in south city.. I begged and begged and finally my papas heard me and opened up “El Charco” The puddle of the frogs…
The name my papa says because they crossed the puddle and frogs because I’m a frog.
I always give free nieve to my amigos but my papas said no more, so now my amigos have to give
something for something, nothing is free says my papa. So my mama painted me and my friends draw
me in colors for some free ice cream. I give them a scoop of ice cream and mama puts the art piece
on the wall of the neveria, the shop….it looks cool!!!!!
Thank you Mama and papa for opening “El Charco” the puddle of the frogs where I get to share with
my amigos my grandparents recipes, and the best part I get to make any flavor I want. Mama has a list
by the door
where my amigos can ask for any flavor they want.. Mama says
I should always say thank you…
